Mike has an extensive list of qualifications and experience in Education and Training that contribute to the client having the best possible experience.

What we do

As part of personal training clients will have a personalized program designed based on their goals, exercise preferences and contraindications.

If you are new to training or have trouble maintaining motivation and accountability, personal training is a great option for you. All sessions are up to an hour long.
