Group Fitness

Our group training programs range from 4-12 week blocks written by our highly qualified staff. All training sessions run up to an hour and have a cap of 6 people per class.

Strength and muscle gain

Circuit class

Full body resistance and aerobic workout

Mums and Bubs

All fitness levels welcome

All participants in group training will have their results recorded by the group fitness instructor in order to assess progress made, identify patterns, strengths and areas of improvement. It is important to have your results of each workout tracked to identify if you are progressing towards your health and fitness goals.
