What we do

As part of personal training clients will have a personalised program designed based on their goals, exercise preferences and contraindications.

If you are new to training or have trouble maintaining motivation and accountability, personal training is a great option for you. All sessions are up to an hour long.

Mike is the founder of Adapt Fitness and brings years of coaching experience to the team. His focus is on building Adapt into the best community gym in East Gippsland while supporting members with expert guidance. Mike has limited availability for personal training sessions.
