Our Story
Adapt Fitness started in a backyard shed in 2024 with one goal: to create a gym that people genuinely enjoy
being a part of.
After outgrowing the original space, we opened our full commercial facility at 123 Macleod Street, Bairnsdale.
With 24/7 access and a focus on community, we've built more than just a gym — we've built a place where people
belong.
